If the cylinders have been decked to flatten the top that'll affect it, etc. You pretty much have to assemble everything you've got as you'll be using it in order to determine where you're at deck height wise. If they're below the deck you can use a thinner head gasket, or thinner base gasket, or leave the base gasket out entirely and use good sealer, etc. 010" thicker in order to get the piston to head clearance you want.
